§ 1 Contract conclusion
1. No legally binding offer, but a noncommittal online catalog represents the representation of the products in online shop.
2. The customer explains with operation of the button BUY NOW the conclusion of the obligatory order, to the commodity contained in the shopping cart. The contract text of the general trading conditions is stored by us and must be confirmed by the customer before contract conclusion. The text becomes besides in unchangeable form as a PDF document offered for download.
3. Within 5 minutes the shop owner will confirm the entrance of the order to the customer by email. The entrance confirmation represents still no obligatory acceptance of the order.
4. Within 1-3 working days the shop owner sends a notification of acceptance to the customer by email and confirms to the customer the availableness of the articles.
5. Within 1-10 working days the shop owner delivers the commodity after receipt of payment and sends to the customer a distribution confirmation by email. With the distribution of the commodity the contract conclusion comes off.
6. The contract conclusion does not take place under the reservation, in case of more correctly or not normal supply. In case of the unavailability or the only partial availability of the achievement the customer is informed immediately by email. A payment in cash already received is returned immediately after arrangement.
7. If the customer should not receive distribution confirmation or supply within 2 weeks from the shop owner, the customer is bound no more to its order.

§2 Health risks
The customer confirms by pressing the button BUY NOW that he does not have one of the following diseases:

§ 4 Limitations of liability and adhesion exemption
1. The customer exempts the shop owner from any body and health damage by appropiate and inappropriate use of the offered products.

§ 5 Data protection
1. The customer was informed in detail about kind, range, place and purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data necessary for the execution of orders as well as about his right to object for the use of his made anonymous use profile for purposes of the advertisement, the market study and for the organization meeting demand of the service (read Privacy).
2. The customer agrees the collection, processing and use of personal data expressly. The right to each-early revocation of the consent with effect for the future is entitled to it.

§ 6 Exchanges
1. With complaints you write us please an email. The customer gives us before any chargebacks one week opportunity to eliminate errors or complaints.
2. Returns for conversion or back reimbursement of the total amount are not possible, because medicines are excluded from the conversion by law.
